Mont Joli: Second Highest Peak in the Laurentian

Right next to Mont-Blanc, Mont joli is higher by 5 meters which makes it the second highest peak of the Laurentian after Mont Tremblant. Literally two minutes away from Mont-Blanc ski station, 15 minutes away from Mont Tremblant to the North and Ste-Agathe to the South, you have access to all activities and services the Laurentian has to offer. Close to highway 117 to make commute easy, but just far enough to never hear a thing... and you have a view!

The site is on the side of the Mont Joli mountain, two minutes away for the Mont-Blanc ski station. Our lots are all more than 45000sq.ft. in size, which really means you do not see your neighbour's house.  Place Du Rocher (crossing rue Mont Joli) is a dead end and will stay that way. Paved and maintained by the municipality.
